PCA360 is managing the assembly of 12 modular units on the site of the Squantum School in Quincy, Massachusetts. After many months evaluating options for interim space for students and teachers so that the phased construction of a new elementary school could continue in the same location – the delivery and assembly finally began in early July, 2025. Long before the decision to use pre-fabricated classrooms was made, PCA360 hosted a tour of a similar installation for school officials and the response was overwhelmingly positive. Over the next several weeks, the assembly will continue followed by improvements to the interior before the school classroom furniture is placed.
The new temporary home for Squantum School students will be finished and ready for occupancy before the start of school in late August 2025.
