Project Summary

Continuing their long-term partnership, PCA360 worked with a developer client to deliver this affordable housing project in the Town of Scituate, which has a growing senior population and limited affordable housing. Lawson Green provides 30 new units of attractive, affordable living spaces that reflect the architectural style and integrity of the surrounding neighborhood. As the owner’s project manager, PCA360 managed every aspect of the project, from design and permitting through construction.
