PCA360 managed the redesign and construction of this former candy factory into a new special education school with 30 classrooms, a gymnasium, kitchen, cafeteria, and several multipurpose therapy rooms. A new playground, a colorful exterior with child-friendly graphics, and color-coded academic ‘neighborhoods’ define the building. The building opened in 2024 to accolades by the City as a ‘game-changing’ facility dedicated to high-quality, specialized education for students with special needs.
