Building on a successful client partnership to deliver multiple assisted-living facilities, PCA360 managed the development of Christopher Heights, an assisted-living project that was also the inaugural project kicking off redevelopment of a 400,000-square-foot state school property. Faced with rising construction costs, PCA360 worked with the design team to modify the project design, switching from steel to wood frame to keep the project on budget. Using prefabricated construction saved the project significant time in the schedule, allowing the keystone project to open on time.
