Project Summary

As the historic home of heiress, collector, and philanthropist Doris Duke, Rough Point provides an experience of her life and legacy with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. PCA360 managed the restoration of the building exterior which involved a complex staging plan, a detailed construction mitigation strategy and careful attention to every detail in order to restore the building’s distinctive Gilded Age features that include an exterior brownstone and granite facade, and green slate roof.
