Middleton Municipal Complex

Project Summary

In 2017, a facilities study concluded that the fire station, police station, senior center, and town offices in the Town of Middleton had exceeded their useful lives. PCA360 is leading the creation of the new Middleton Municipal Complex, a re-imagined town center on the site of a former golf course. A new public safety building will contain police and fire services to meet the town’s security needs. The combined town hall and community center will provide places for citizens to conduct town business and gather as a community. The new facilities center on a new town green. The project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
