Project Summary

After a multi-floor tenant vacated 745 Atlantic Avenue, its property owner asked PCA360 to reposition the property and restore it to Class A status. A new lobby with specially milled oak panels created a more appealing and efficient entrance experience and modernized elevators with destination dispatch reduced waiting and travel times. Despite its location in an area of older, 19th century buildings, the renovated building achieved 100% occupancy on completion.
