Who We Are

Our team has over 25 years of experience working with and representing Owners to ensure that their programming, design, budget and schedule objectives are being met. We do this by procuring and managing a comprehensive team of architects, engineers consultants and contractors serving as the single point of contact and a dedicated advocate. From concept to completion, we act as an extension of the Owner’s staff serving as their “eyes and ears” through all phases of the project. We listen carefully to our clients and provide thoughtful, reasoned guidance so that they can make good decisions that meet their project objectives and long term operational needs.

Our private and public clients span from commercial, retail and hospitality to academic, institutional and museums.

PCA360 was founded on a few core principals:

1. Project Management Is Our Only Business

As Program & Construction Advisors, we are focused on one thing: Owner’s Project Management.

While we have professional experience and licenses in design and construction, we are not a design firm and we are not building contractors. We are singularly focused and devote all of our energy and skill to advising the building owners and users that we represent. Our vision is not clouded or conflicted by competing lines of services.

2. We are client focused

Owner’s project management requires a high level of personal attention and a local presence as we interact with our client and members of the project team. It also requires local knowledge of the regulatory environment, public construction laws and the construction market in general.

We are always available to our clients who want immediate access to our firm’s leadership.

3. A "360" Approach

Successful project outcomes require a holistic approach to project management. As project managers we need to think ahead and understand the impact of each part of a project on the total result.

Before design begins we challenge our clients to think about their objectives. As the project moves to construction, we focus on phasing, logistics, construction mitigation and other variables that impact the final outcome.
